The ceramic raw material of our welding pin, nanometer zirconia powder, is imported from Germany. After shaping by cold-isosactic-pressing (CIP), debinding and sinter, the rods are re-heat-treated by thermo-isostacic-pressing (HIP). Then the HIPed rods are grinded to welding pin by CNC to keep high dimension precision (with tolerance 0.002mm) and then polished by diamond to get perfect surface.(Roughness Ra<0.03um).         The mechanical property of the ceramic after HIP is very high with bending strength higher than 1200MPa, fracture toughness 14MPa•m1/2 and extremely high abrasion resistance.
