Product Features The unique groove design of the roller covered Ceramic rubber sheet gives it a self-cleaning feature that also excels in extreme environments. This design is particularly suited to the overmoulding of core components and ensures that the machine will not shut down, even under severe operating conditions. To improve friction between the machines, the Ceramic rubber sheets are inlaid with ceramic blocks, which significantly increase the traction of the conveyor belt and ensure the stability of the conveyor system. The high hardness and abrasion resistance of the ceramic material also increases the wear resistance of the rubber plate. On the backside of the Ceramic rubber sheet, a semi-cured CN layer has been added to the design.
