Magnetic flap level gauge (also known as magnetic float level gauge) is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the liquid level gauge also rises and falls. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white. The red white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the container, thus achieving clear liquid level indication. The magnetic flap level gauge is completely isolated from the indicator structure and can measure toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive media. It has good liquid level sealing and leakage prevention, and is suitable for high pressure…
