PWJ Series Pelleting Granulator Brief: l   Mainly applied by pharmacy, foodstuff, feeds and chemical industry etc to make spherical pellets. l   Machine mainly consists of feed hopper, material trough, rotary table, discharge device, transmission device, cabinet, control system and pneumatic system. l   The pretreated short cylindrical particles with equal length are added into the silo. Due to the combined action of the centrifugal force of the rotary table, the friction between the particles and the toothed disc, the cylinder wall and the particles, and the gas thrust between the rotary table and the material cylinder, all particles are in three-dimensional spiral rolling, forming a uniform kneading effect, so that the particles can quickly roll into a ball.
